To downgrade your plan in ShipX, you’ll first need to remove any features that are exclusive to your current higher-tier plan.
Example
If you’re currently on the Smart Plan and using advanced features such as Product Tags, but want to switch to the Starter Plan, you must first delete or modify all scenarios that use those premium features.
Once all higher-tier features are removed, the “Activate” button under the Starter Plan will become available, allowing you to successfully downgrade.
