If you have multiple custom shipping profiles in Shopify but want ShipX to calculate rates for only one of them, you can easily limit syncing to that specific profile. This ensures that ShipX rates apply only where you need them.
How to sync a single shipping profile
- Go to the “Settings” section in the ShipX app.
- Click on “Sync settings” tab.
- Under the “Shopify syncing zones” section, click the “Manage shipping profiles” option.
- From the list, check only the profile you want to sync with ShipX.
- Uncheck all other profiles to exclude them from syncing and click the “Save” button.
Once synced, only the zones from the selected profile will be visible for setting rates.
