Sync products
When you make changes to your Shopify products such as adding or removing tags. These updates won’t automatically reflect in the ShipX app.
Manual sync
To manually sync the latest product details:
- Go to Settings > Sync settings in the ShipX app.
- Click “Sync Shopify products” to update the app with the latest product information.

Auto-sync
You can also enable Auto-Sync, which automatically updates your product data once a day at a random time.

However, if you’ve made recent changes and want them to appear immediately in the app, we recommend performing a manual sync.
Note: Product sync is only required if your scenarios are based on product tags, dimensions, or barcodes. The app can sync up to 60,000 products. If your store exceeds this limit, product sync may not function as expected.
Sync shipping zone
If you’ve recently created a new shipping zone or added a country to an existing one and it isn’t appearing in the app or if rates aren’t showing correctly at checkout. You may need to sync your shipping zones.
How to sync shipping zones
- Go to the “Settings” section of the app.
- Click the “Sync settings” tab.
- Click “Sync shipping zones” to update the zones in the app.

Note: If you remove an existing shipping zone from your Shopify settings and then click Sync Shipping Zones in the ShipX app, all shipping rates associated with that zone will be permanently deleted. To avoid data loss, make sure to review your shipping zones before syncing.
