Metric units
You can customize how measurements are displayed in ShipX. This includes setting your preferred units for weight, dimensions, distance, and the volumetric dimensional factor used for rate calculations.
Multiple rates at checkout
This option lets you decide how shipping rates appear when more than one rate matches a customer’s order.
You can choose to show:
- The lowest rate
- The highest rate
- The average rate
- All available rates
Rounding Type
This setting controls how the final shipping rate is adjusted.
You can choose whether to:
- Round up (to the next whole number)
- Round down
- Round to nearest .5
- Round to nearest 1
- Keep the exact calculated amount
