The Appearance section in ShipX lets you customize how your shipping rates and delivery times appear to customers at checkout.
By default, when you add a time range to a shipping rate (for example, 1 - 3 days), ShipX automatically labels it as “business days.”
If you prefer a different label, you can easily change it from the Appearance section in the app.

You can also choose to display exact delivery dates instead of a time range.

Example: If your rate is set to 1–2 business days and a customer places an order on 15/11/2025, the checkout can show “Arrives between 16/11/2025 and 17/11/2025” instead of “1–2 business days.”
Additionally, you can exclude specific days (such as weekends or holidays) from delivery date calculations to make the displayed dates more accurate.
