Troubleshooting product-based scenarios

ShipX can sync up to 60,000 products. Stores with more products may experience incomplete sync.

Note: Product sync is required only if your scenarios are based on Product Tags, Dimensions, or Barcodes.

If your product-based scenarios aren’t applying correctly, follow the checks below.


1. Verify Product Details

  • Ensure the correct tag, SKU, or barcode is assigned to the product.
  • Check that the shipping address at checkout matches the configured zone.

2. Sync After Changes

  • Any product updates in Shopify (tags, dimensions, etc.) require manual sync.
    • Go to Settings > Sync settings > Sync Shopify Products to update.

  • Optionally, enable Auto-Sync to update products automatically once a day.
    • (Manual sync is recommended if immediate updates are needed.)


3. Check Scenario Setup

  • Verify that the shipping tags in your scenarios match those in the combined rule.
  • In the History section, confirm:
    • The matched scenarios
    • The rates applied
    • The combination rule used
