ShipX can sync up to 60,000 products. Stores with more products may experience incomplete sync.
Note: Product sync is required only if your scenarios are based on Product Tags, Dimensions, or Barcodes.
If your product-based scenarios aren’t applying correctly, follow the checks below.
1. Verify Product Details
- Ensure the correct tag, SKU, or barcode is assigned to the product.
- Check that the shipping address at checkout matches the configured zone.
2. Sync After Changes
- Any product updates in Shopify (tags, dimensions, etc.) require manual sync.
Go to Settings > Sync settings > Sync Shopify Products to update.
- Optionally, enable Auto-Sync to update products automatically once a day.
(Manual sync is recommended if immediate updates are needed.)
3. Check Scenario Setup
- Verify that the shipping tags in your scenarios match those in the combined rule.
- In the History section, confirm:
- The matched scenarios
- The rates applied
- The combination rule used
