Troubleshooting dimension-based rates

If your dimension-based shipping rates are not appearing as expected, follow the steps below to verify your setup.


1. Verify Product Dimensions

Make sure your products have valid dimensions (length, width, and height) assigned in Shopify.

If not, refer to our guide on adding product dimensions for step-by-step instructions.


2. Check History

  1. Go to the “History” section in the ShipX app.
  1. Click “View” on the test entry you ran.
  1. Confirm the following:
      • The product dimensions fall within the scenario conditions you’ve set.
      • The correct scenario is being matched.
      • The appropriate shipping rates are configured for the destination zone.
