Once product dimensions are added, you can create shipping scenarios that apply specific rates based on dimensional criteria.
How to create dimension-based rate scenarios
- Go to the “Rates” section and click “View” on scenarios.
- Click “Create scenario” and enter a name for your scenario.
- Click “Add condition” to define your dimension rules.
- Cart > Length > Greater than or equal to > 50 cm
- Cart > Width > Greater than or equal to > 15 cm
- Cart > Height > Greater than or equal to > 10 cm
For example:
- This ensures the shipping rate applies only when all dimension conditions are met.
- Scroll down and click “Add shipping rate” next to the relevant shipping zone.
- Give your rate a name (e.g., Large Product Shipping).
- Under Criteria, select Cart > Quantity, then click the “Add tiered rate” button.
- 1 - 5 items → $10
- 6 - 15 items → $15
- 16 - unlimited items → $20

Once you add the shipping rates, click the “Add” button.
You can create multiple dimension-based scenarios and customize the conditions and rate structure as needed.
