How to add flat rates based on packages

You can set flat shipping rates in ShipX based on packages required to ship an package.

This helps you apply consistent shipping charges for products that meet specific packages.

1. Go to the Rates page and create a scenario for your condition.

2. Click Add shipping rate and enter an name for your shipping rate.

3. Select the criteria as Package and select any one packaging method.

Pack by cart attributes: Packages are created based on the cart’s attributes such as weight, volume, quantity, or total value. You can define limits for each box, and items are automatically grouped to fit within those limits.

AI-based packaging algorithm: An intelligent algorithm automatically determines the most efficient packing arrangement based on product dimensions and weight. It reduces empty space, optimizes packaging, and minimizes the number of boxes used per shipment.

4. Click Add package.

5. Enter the package dimensions, and enter the shipping rate for that package.

6. Click Save.
