Delivery Customization is a Shopify feature that allows merchants to control how Shopify's native shipping methods are displayed to customers during checkout.
Using ShipX Delivery Customization, you can configure rules based on various conditions to show, hide, rename, reorder, and customize the shipping methods generated by Shopify.
Our app supports creating Delivery Customization rules using multiple conditions, including:
- Cart-based conditions (cart total, weight, quantity, etc.)
- Product-based conditions (product tags, collections, SKUs, vendors, etc.)
- Customer-based conditions (customer tags, customer location, etc.)
Note: Delivery Customization does not require the Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) API. It only customizes the shipping methods that Shopify has already generated, allowing you to control how those shipping methods are displayed to customers during checkout.
