If your customer-based rates are not working, review the possible causes and solutions below.
- Go to the “History” section and click “Details” for the latest checkout test.
- If the scenario is not matched, verify:
- The shipping address matches exactly with the customer profile.
- The customer tag in the scenario matches the tag assigned in Shopify.
- Testing in Test Mode:
- To test customer tag functionality in ShipX test mode, create a customer profile with the first name ShipX.
- Fill in all additional details and use the same information during checkout to verify that rates are applied correctly.
