Troubleshooting live carrier rates

If your live carrier rates are not appearing at checkout, review the checklist below to identify and resolve common issues.


1. Carrier Account Validation

  • Ensure your carrier account is properly synced and validated in the app.
  • You can verify this under Settings > Carriers.
  • If validation fails, reconnect your account and try again.

2. Check Product Weight and Dimensions

  • For Pack by cart attributes, make sure every product has a weight assigned.
  • For Pack each product separately, each product must have both weight and dimensions entered.
  • Missing product data prevents carriers from calculating shipping rates accurately.

3. Verify Shipping Origin

  • Some carriers only support shipments from specific countries.
  • Ensure your fulfillment location (shipping origin) is set to a supported country.
  • Double-check that the address entered for the location is complete and valid.

4. Review Selected Carrier Services

  • Not all carrier services are available for every destination or package size.
  • If rates aren’t appearing, try selecting other carrier services to test availability.
  • You can also check directly with your carrier to confirm supported routes and service types.
