ShipX can sync up to 60,000 products, including all variants. If your store has a large number of variants and you are approaching this limit, the Custom Sync Product Only add-on helps you stay within the cap by syncing only the main products and excluding their variants from the 60,000 count.
This allows ShipX to sync your catalog successfully without requiring you to reduce variants.
Note: The Custom sync product only add-on does not support SKU-level, barcode-level, or variant-level dimensions conditions.
How to activate the add-on
1. Go to Help > Subscriptions.
2. Click Upgrade your plan.
3. Upgrade to the Premium plan if you haven’t already.
4. Click Activate Add-on on Custom sync product only.
5. Complete the payment process.
How to use Custom sync product only
Once you add the add-on, follow the steps below:
1. Go to ShipX > Settings > Sync settings.
2. Click Sync Shopify products.
ShipX will now sync your store’s products without counting variants toward the 60,000-product limit.
