If you want to set a custom Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for live carrier–based shipping services, you can enable the Custom ETA Changes add-on in ShipX.
This add-on lets you override the default ETA provided by your carrier and display your own ETA at checkout.
How to activate the add-on
1. Go to Help > Subscriptions.
2. Click Upgrade your plan.
3. Upgrade to the Premium plan if you haven’t already.
4. Click Activate Add-on on Custom ETA changes.
5. Complete the payment process.
How to use Custom ETA changes add-on
Once you add the add-on, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Rates > click View on scenarios > select your scenario.
2. Under shipping rates, click Edit on the preferred shipping zone.
3. Scroll down to Service by carriers section.
4. Click on the swap icon next to carrier services.
5. Set your desired custom ETA for each service listed and click OK.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.
