By default, ShipX supports all popular live carriers like Canada Post, FedEx, Sendle, USPS (new & old versions), UPS, DHL, and Australia Post. However, if you want to use a custom carrier like Starshipit with ShipX, you can do it by adding the Starshipit add-on to ShipX.
How to use Starshipit live carrier with ShipX
Here is how to use Starshipt as your live carrier with ShipX:
Step 1: Create Starshipit account and acquire API key and subscription key
Create a Starshipit account and acquire your API key and subscription key.
To create Starshipit account and get Starshipit API key and Subscription key, visit Starshipit website.
Step 2: Add the Starshipit add-on to ShipX
- Go to Help > Subscriptions.
- Click Upgrade your plan.
- Upgrade to the Premium plan if you haven't already.
- Click Activate Add-on on Custom carrier - Starshipit.
- Complete the payment process.
Step 3: Use Starshipit to fetch shipping rates
1. Go to Rates and click View on Scenarios.
2. Select an existing scenario.
3. Click Add shipping rate next to a preferred shipping zone.
4. Select rate type as Live carriers.
5. Under Shipping rate, select the Starshipit live carrier.
6. Click Sync and paste your API key and subscription key.
7. Once you paste the keys, click Save.
8. Select the preferred service by carrier.
9. Set the packaging method and add the packages.
10. Once you set the packages, click the Save button.
